Farm To Table Series - Mondays 4pm- 5:30 or Wednesday 4- 5:30 (7-8 year olds)
Welcome to the first series at Mesa Kids Cooking School. This 4 week class will focus on Farm to Table menu. Kids will get to learn from local farms in the area about where their food is coming from and how we can cook the food the farms bring in.
Week 1 (July 30 – Aug 4)
Italian Sausage and Romano Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms & Caprese Salad

Week 2 (August 6-11)
Corn and Potato Chowder

Week 3 (August 13 -18)
Lemon Herb Chicken with Roasted Fingerling Potatoes

Week 4 (August 20-26)
Zucchini Bread with Brown Butter (Beurre Noisette) drizzle

No additional items needed for class except for apron. Waiver and Release forms must be signed before attending.
