Our Foundation Story


Mesa Kids Cooking School was born under our sister company Mesa A Live Dining Show where different chefs in the community showcase their culinary skills by providing 3 -4 course dinners and teach hands on adult classes in their kitchen studio. The demand for kids cooking classes quickly grew and Mesa Kids Cooking School was born.


The Beginning- Mesa Kids Cooking School


In 2017 Mesa Kids Cooking School staked a place in the community under the leadership of Chef Liz Martino in it's own kitchen studio scaled just for kids. She is an award-winning chef with over 15 years of culinary experience. Her love for food and teaching children the importance of farm to table is so important to her. The curriculum designed for kids are being taught every day with old world and modern techniques in the kid kitchen studio. The school holds a 5 star rating voted and trusted by parents. The kids school prides itself a safe place for everyone to come and learn.


OUR PHILOSOPHY

Learning is natural

Young children have lively minds from the start. We strive to make the most of this natural quality by enabling them to experience and learn in our Mesa Kids Kitchen made especially for them. We believe that by teaching them a skill that they can hold on to for life is a giving them a wonderful foundation to a career in the culinary industry or just becoming a great home chef! 

Our Classroom / Kitchen

Our facilities provide children with everything they need to learn to cook and bake. It boasts cooking stations all with small burners, pots, pans and utensils. 3 refrigerators & 5 ovens. Most of everything in our kitchen is scaled down to size for children starting from 5 to 15 years old.
