 I, do now, as the parent and next friend of my minor child, hereby RELEASE, WAIVE and DISCHARGE MESA KIDS COOKING SCHOOL LLC d/b/a MKCS, its officers, members, employees, promoters, sponsors, advertisers, and lessees of the premises, and each of them, from all liability from any and all claims for damages for libel, slander, invasion of privacy or any other claim based on use of the above-described materials.
